What this component carries
- Stage 1 — Noise. Illustrated UK silhouette with city dots that pulse in the colour of the firing signal (new company, hiring surge, leadership change, funding, partnership, accounts filed, ownership change, news/press). Big live count above the map is real.
- Stage 2 — Zorro AI. Brand-marked classifier with an audio-wave animation and the caption "Classifying intent · scoring fit · ranking against your ICP."
- Stage 3 — Signal. Three curated insight cards rotate every 4.5s through ten realistic AI-surfaced signals (Refi candidate, Hiring surge, Tech adoption, Funding round, Partnership, Leadership move, ICP match, M&A target, In the news, Distress signal).
- Legend sits below the map and maps the eight signal-type colours to plain-English labels.

The full 27-variant gallery covers Groups A–G — vertical tapes, hero/single-line, cards, mixed layouts, aggregated summaries, geographic, and the Zorro story group. If anything from there is preferred over the funnel, swap is a one-line component change.
When it goes live

/api/public/stats/uk_activity.value already merged + deployed. - Per-event pulses: mocked client-side at ~1/sec until BE adds a recent-events endpoint that returns the last 10 actual stream events with region tags.
